Joan was a lovey lady, she was on my residents in the care home, Joan was always cheerful and always smiling no matter what, we always had lovey chats about her family and we got her out in the chair in the grounds with her granddaughter which was amazing memory, even meet my two dogs billy and puzzle, always loved sharing story’s with her and talk about memories
